In England and Wales the Crown Prosecution Service employs approximately 7,700 staff including lawyers, caseworkers and administrators.

In Scotland the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Services provides an independent public prosecution and deaths investigation service.

In Northern Ireland the Public Prosecution Service of Northern Ireland aims to provide an independent, fair and effective prosecution service.

We work to support the development and up-skilling of the Prosecutions workforce across the UK.
